"We have really enjoyed Tutor Time! Because our son is young and there are so many people involved in his care, I am usually confused about who, exactly, are his teachers. It is also sometimes difficult to get accurate information about his day since it is typical to find that the teacher I am asking was not present at the time of day I am asking about.I wish there were more formal introductions made between parents and teachers. I know he is looked after very well, so we are not concerned, but I am never quite sure who to ask about things. Our son is doing very well and the leaps in his understanding, abilities, and skills are so noticeable. He's also extremely socializing thanks to daycare. Overall we really like our choice of school but there are some areas for improvement in terms of staff relationships with the parents."

"I am extremely pleased with the care and attention our son receives at Tutor Time Norwalk. I can tell that the teacher, directors, and staff truly engage with each child. I love the structure of the daily schedule but that they are also flexible if needed. My only suggestion would be to wash the playground structures and get some updated and cleaner toys to make it look a little more inviting. "Our son started daycare at 14 weeks old and I have been comfortable at drop off since day 1 due to how warm, welcoming, and genuinely nice every single person I have interacted with at the school as been. I know he is in capable, nurturing hands! He is happy every day when new pick him up and I love getting the updates through the app that show him playing or learning. Our daycare experience has far exceeded what I was expecting. Miss Faith especially is such a warm and kind soul. I love chatting with her in the mornings and hearing all the lovely things she has to say about our son. It's so reassuring to know that someone is watching him so closely during the day and noticing all of his developmental improvements."
