"5-6 years ago it was amazing but now the WORST!"

"I love TutorTime. While it is a more commercial facility administration and the teachers do everything they can to make the experience so personal and tailored to our family. Additionally, everyone from admin to the cleaning and cooking staff make sure to connect and talk with us and get to know our children. Every school has things that it may not do as well as a person might like but this school makes every effort to resolve issues and reassure parents and students. The education programs are top-notch and my children are more than ready to transition to grade-school. The teachers make every effort to provide educational experiences to my children and I feel like they are with people who truly care about them when I am at work."

"My general experience has been very poor. I feel that many times I look at the camera and my child is in his crib crying often for 10 to 15 .minutes even though he was not put in there for a nap. He has been bit by another child numerous times. Learning activities have not been being done with him. He is often moved into a younger classroom in which he learns even less. Staff also speak sternly to him which is not how we manage behavior issues. I’m very dissatisfied, especially at the price point we are paying."

"Until the last 9-12 months we have been very happy and have had nothing but good things to say about this daycare center. Sadly that is no longer the case. We feel that care has been somewhat inconsistent for our infant daughter. We have had difficulty getting this through to school leadership. At this time, I am no longer comfortable recommending this daycare center to others. We are hoping that will change in the future, but only time will tell."

"At some point, the teachers had relevant degrees working at this center. At this point, teachers do not hold any relevant professional degree, and technically in preschool, the kids do not learn anything. There is no curriculum and the teachers keep changing. It happens in a lot of situations, the student-teacher ratio is 14 or 15 to 1. It has been one of the worst places we have ever tried. A lot of people of leaving because of several issues they have. The infant classes are terrible. they gave a wrong bottle to one of the kids, ...."
