"I’ve provided my thoughts throughout this survey. This school has such great potential thru a stronger engaging curriculum at the different levels and have a desire for better communication between teachers and parents. For example, the other school we’re looking at going to, they supply newsletters monthly that give tangible and reasonable things I can do as a parent for my kid in their age, “books to read at **** age, how to have a thankful Thanksgiving,” are some of the examples. Thank you for the chance to give feedback. Appreciate what you do, just have a bit more expectations for the size and chain status."

"Fantastic! The director and all staff members are welcoming, friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a collaborative sense of care between the director, my child's teacher/s, my child, and us as parents. They truly seem invested in the well-being and success of my child - not just the keep them alive mentality some daycares/schools maintain. I know it is a good fit when my highly-sensitive/easily overstimulated child is comfortable, and many days, is excited to go to school :) This location has provided me such a peace of mind about the care of my son!"

"Honestly, the teachers are amazing. My children always talk about how much fun they have and their experiences in the classroom. My children have been here since infants and wouldn’t change that. The communication and professionalism from the director and teacher are exemplary. I have never had any concerns with the health, safety, and education of my children. I have one that just left here for Kindergarten and is thriving."

"So far I am hopeful. It seems that there is more curriculum than our last daycare which is nice. When I have brought safety concerns to the director she listened and actively did something to address my concerns. The teachers are nice and will chat about my child’s day during pick up. I wish they could keep the bushes directly outside of the school trimmed or rip them out entirely as many homeless people frequent this area due to it being off the major freeway and right next to a public bus stop."

"It has been an all right experience. It is a nice facility, teachers are sweet however can tell they are stretched to do multiple things. I wish there was better communication between the school and parents. I like how there are different rooms to help the kids get activities throughout the day."

"I find the Director to be really nice and doing everything she can. She is always professional and when she is there the staff is definitely different, and for the better. Sometimes I think the teachers get overwhelmed with the amount of kids they get that they don't have the energy to actually do anything educational or engage much. They seem very distracted with their tablets. My daughter loves going there and they are very kind and I don't mind it but if you are looking for more than a babysitter, like an actual education, this may not be the place for you. The staff is caring though and do not like to see the children have a hard time with feelings and they are very on point with addressing it and doing what they can to make it better. The ability to live stream though is amazing though and helps me feel more connected with my child and it's cute to see what she is doing."

"This is my girls' home away from home. Miss Susan got to know them quickly and could even tell them apart after only a couple weeks (they're identical twins.) They run to hug her when they see her which melts my heart. The curriculum is fun and educational. There is lots of free time to get their energy out either outside or in the playroom. The meals are healthy. This place is adorable and fun and feels very personal."

"We’ve had a great experience with every teacher my child has had. It’s only been in the last few months that we’ve been let down by an increase in employee turnover and lack of educational material being presented."

"The school is in a great location! The front office staff is a hit or miss. Sometimes they’ll talk to you, other times they ignore you as you walk in, or are busy talking with each other. I don’t get a very friendly vibe from the director, but I have not had much interaction from her. The assistant director is very kind. Aki, who is the teacher for the morning in the infant room is amazing! She absolutely loves her job and has a lot of experience with children, which is easy to see! She’s very kind and my child loves seeing her every day. The afternoon staff in the infant room is a different story. I just don’t feel the same compassion and caring as I do with the morning staff. They often forget things when I pick my child up, such as her socks or bottles (even though they are labeled). I would love it a lot more, if I saw the same compassion with the afternoon staff as I see with the morning staff. Aki is amazing and my entire family enjoys seeing her smiling face every morning! Even my infant smiles at her!"
