Occasionally if a parent has an issue with their child’s room, teacher(s), or personal care, we feel depending on the situation the specific identity of the parent(s) should be kept private. It can be awkward for the parent if an issue is brought to the director’s attention and the teacher’s know who exactly made an inquiry."

"The people are awesome as are the facilities. If i had to give one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to move the advertisement flag on the left side of the lot exit. If it were on the right side, it wouldnt block the view of traffic and its a busy street."

"Initially the experience was great but there have been a lot of recent changes in staffing with little communication. A new teachers in child’s classroom was never formally introduced to us. Things seem to have really changed since then, communication has gotten worse, she always seems totally stressed out, which the kids feed off of. My concerns with the school are increasing over time. I was happier with our experience 5 months ago. I’m not sure what else might be happening behind the scenes there. I would say that I stil like the school and can tell my child is really learning a lot. My concerns are mostly around communication between parent and teacher regarding child’s performance, curriculum, changes in staffing and/or schedules. I’m also still not sure the protocol for misbehavior by students or when students get emotionally upset how they are supported through that."
"With the teachers, excellent. At times, I feel the place is run more on the idea of a business in getting as many kids in as possible to make money. I know this isn't the case with my child's teacher, who cares they grow and learn in her room."
