"We love the teachers at this school, especially in pre K A and early preschool. The pre K teachers were knowledgable and helpful in trying to get our daughter through a difficult behavioral period at home and school. They helped us to overcome the issue as a team."

"I had previously toured the facility so I called and asked for availability with a certain starting date and was assured there is a spot available, but I was told I still had to do the tour. I told my 3yp we will be touring HER daycare and we spent 30 min walking around and getting familiar with the place and only then did they tell me, that there is no spot for us. My baby cried on the way out. They wasted my time and they were completely unapologetic about it. Why on earth did I have to do the tour when I told them what my starting date needed to be, I have no idea. Maybe simply to upset my kid - so mission accomplished.

I had stopped calling other places when I found out that this one has a spot for us, because the location was so convenient. Again - I had toured this location a year ago. Now I had to start again under a time crunch and so much stress.

They also told me they were newly renovated, but I doubt that, everything looks the same as an year ago.

On top of that there was an extremely low class receptionist that just kept yelling at the other employees about how she can’t take a break. She was so loud that I couldn’t hear the person doing the tour and had to ask him to move somewhere away from the reception.

"Great but pet peeve, why do the staff take up half the spots right in front of the door? I’m lugging a heavy carrier and baby in and out and often have to park far from the door. Someone with a “proud tutor Time teacher” sticker on their car parks DIRECTLY in front of the door often. It’s very frustrating as you’re a business and I’m paying $300 a week to help it stay afloat. I just feel it’s very rude.Oh and Mr. Michael is the BEST! He is so sweet and knows every kid and every parent, don’t ever let that guy go! :)"

"The school has gone downhill. It is completely disorganize. There is constant miscommunication with different parents being told incorrect information. Pricing continues to go up but there are no improvements to the school. However, there are constantly new programs being added to ask for more money, when the school should just focus on improving the current curriculum instead of constantly trying to get more money. There are new teachers and new staff, but no one has any idea who these people are, what their backgrounds are, or even what their roles are. There are numerous support staff for no apparent reason."

"I love the school. The security afforded by the main entry and seperate classrooms is amazing! Every morning my son is greeted by name by the staff and every evening his friends all say goodbye. The teachers are very responsive and open to chatting and learning about individual needs. This is a great environment for learning and development!"

"The center is very disorganized. Excuses about being new or not knowing things are constantly being made. When calling to get clarity on a question or situation, it is very clear that the new director does not know what is going on. The “I’m new” excuse is overplayed and no longer justified. I dislike the constant requests for money for “extra” activities. Everything is a money grab. There are clear cliques throughout the center with certain teachers being favorites. There is a complete lack of communication on what is going on and when mistakes are made instead of owning up to the situation the problem is either glossed over and blamed on others or hidden away. It would feel better if ownership was taken and clear communication was made across the board. The same announcement is sent on the app 3-4 times at once. I like the teachers but leadership is incredibly poor. The whole place is chaotic. It was supposed to get better and instead has gotten progressively worse."

"We have been very pleased with Tutor Time over the last 2 months that we have been enrolled. The staff is more than qualified, listen and care about my children. My daughter was having a hard time at her last school and she has done a complete 180 in such a short time. She has become a different child all around for the better. This is the best decision we have made for their care."
