It is hard as a parent to see your kid sad and the teachers do not demonstrate compassion towards that."

"The teachers seem to be very unhappy with Ronnie and how she treats them and it is effecting their performance/desire to be at work and in turn they are losing good people as well as the children are effected by unhappy teachers. I understand it’s a business, but they don’t seem to be treated the way they should be as people and teachers. You need to look into this more and stop losing the right people for these kids."

"I've been very happy with the teachers and how much my son is learning. Unfortunately since attending he has been constantly sick which is new for us. I know that it's part of the starting school immune building but it does seem excessive at times. Especially paying for all of these days I need to keep him home. The school seems clean and I know they have a protocol for disinfecting and a cleaning person on staff, but this is new to me so I wonder if this is typical for all new kids that attend daycare sometimes."

"It was great years ago but the front desk staff is very rude to both the staff and children in front of other parents and frankly acts like she owns the company . I would have kept my child there if Ronnie wasn’t at that desk."

"Overall its been fine, our child has learned a lot and the teachers and assistants have been great. We would like to see more consistency with staff who interact with my child daily and a full-time director in place. The facility is a bit worn and could use a room by room refresh, you can only clean a carpet so much before it needs to be replaced."
"The teachers are amazing however, it was obvious things were going on behind the scenes. The atmosphere has clearly changed even when speaking to teachers. Originally I fell in love with the school because it seemed warm and loving. Over the past 6-9 months it turned cold and seems like no one want to be bothered, especially lobby staff. I would have continued to spend the money if the center still felt warm and loving."
