"I think the school needs a director as it seems to be lacking in direction, I feel that there’s no one you can speak with about issues."

"The hours are convenient but the cost is high when you factor how many belongings have been lost despite labels. There have been many incidents where my kids get hurt and the teacher didn't know how. Some teachers are better and more organized than other. Our location has no director, just an acting director."

"School is great! My one concern....in the potty training rooms I do not feel when the kids in the potty with the teacher there is adequate staff watching the other children. I'm very concerned with no one watching a room of 2-3 year olds. This happens in the evening too when the rooms are consolidating."

"As mentioned in my previous comment, the managment needs work. Ideas are implemented without follow up or the teachers knowing... i.e. summer sunscreen and elimination of naps. And when communication is sent out it is never complete - lots of one off emails. I miss the monthly newsletter that we used to recieve when it was private - there was thought and organization put into it. Also, there has been a lot of staff turnover lately which is concerning - could it be because the staff is constanting juggled to meet ratios. Every classroom used to have 2 staff... now you never know what you will get. And lastly, while Alison the director is a nice person... I feel like she makes things more hectic and confusing. She gets the kids hyper before you leave and I don't think they handle serious issues well. Also, the school used to plan fun events , like the carnival, which were all eliminated and we now pay more? We love Miss Laurie!"
