"The ratings that I am giving is specifically to the infant room care. The ratio is 4 infants to 1 teacher. Maybe it's the price, but there are usually less than 8 infants at this location. This is amazing compared to other centers like the Montessoris in this area with like 22 infants. Think about all the sickness and germs.The Directors and the Managers are all AMAZING and so down to earth. Their friendliness is not fake and they really treat you like family and not a number. The teachers in the infant room is what these 5 stars are all about. I'll just write their first initials...Miss R, CH, Na, K, and the others are all so kind, gentle and caring. They take pictures and videos of your kid to watch on your phone app...and send you curriculum notes. These pictures fuel me throughout the day when I'm at working missing my little one. I know this place can be a little pricey, but it is SO WORTH IT.Toys and carpet should be cleaned daily and not shared with other infants unless sanitized."

"The staff are fairly friendly and I'm sure they are busy; however, my children do not express that they learn anything at Tutor Time. Classrooms seem sometimes unorganized and carpets seem very dirty. There is never a staff member at the front desk when I come to pick up my kids in the late afternoon. It is very convenient that Tutor Time can pick up my kids from their elementary school and is the only reason why I have them enrolled with Tutor Time."

"It seems lately that the school is understaffed possibly. The summer curriculum seemed to trail off as my child would tell me “we didn’t do that” when I asked about the daily theme. "The teachers are great but the administration isn't very professional. They even asked about payments and balances in front of other parents. Guess there isn't any confidentiality there, unfortunately. But the teachers are great - very friendly and caring. Some are better than others about getting the kids to put their stuff back in their cubbies or hooks. I often have to hunt down jackets, sheets and things that are in other classrooms. We like what we see, but we have noticed that our child has stalled in their development, so there may be things that our last place was doing that they don't do here. Overall, I would like more from the director and her assistant, but this is a decent school with nice staff."

"This was my first experience touring a day care center for my infant and toddler. In the first 30 seconds I was greeted and welcomed inside, after two minutes I knew I wanted to enroll my children. The interaction I witnessed between the staff and the children was friendly. The environment was clean, creative and comfortable. I attended the tour with my children, their interest and bright smiles on our journey sold me. I was impressed with the menu, calendar, activities, playground, classrooms, schedule, web app and secure facility. I highly recommend visiting a Tutor Time in your area if you’re looking for a safe place to enroll your precious little ones."
