"My son did not have the best experience the last 6 months of his previous school. Ever since he started at tutor time he is excited to go to school and seems to really enjoy it and feel comfortable there"

"My experience has been mostly great. I really like the teachers and Miss Diana has been very helpful anytime I've had any questions about scheduling or enrollment. My only concerns thus far include some inconsistency in the electronic billing system (worked out via email) and a few times I've noticed my son was drinking out of another child's cup or other children were drinking out of his when I came to pick him up. This is not only concerning because of germs, but as his young age he may even be drinking another parent's breastmilk or toddler formula. I understand that even with the 4:1 student teacher ratio this can happen, but I'd love a gentle reminder to the teachers to please be on the lookout for this as I've now noticed it on 3 separate occasions. Thank you so much for being an overall great experience so far!"

"The turnover at the school is ridiculous. There is no communication as new people start and other people leave. Some days I will pickup or dropoff my kids and I have no idea who this person is and the employees make no effort to communicate who they are. I feel the management needs to do a better job at communicating the personnel changes as it directly affects my children."

"This school has availability. Had there been space in other programs, we would have chosen differently. This is more of a daycare setting than a learning environment."

"My child is never checked in or out at the correct time. I don’t mean a difference of a few minutes, but rather half hour to an hour difference. The attendance log that shows when she was brought into the school is rarely filled out when I come in to pick her up. Rarely do I see the director of the school greeting families during the end of the day. I more often then not see her in her office. The assistant director seems to have multiple responsibilities when I pick up, which seems to include supporting the needs of the building, which leaves the front desk area unmonitored with no one to greet people in or out (seems like a security concern to me). It’s very easy to enter the building without a code as I did when we came to tour. If no one is at the desk how would anyone know who is in this school. If we needed a preschool program, I’m not sure this would be our first choice."

"The teachers are great and my child has never had any serious safety issues at the school. There have been a few occassions when the staff was unable to locate my child upon my arrival for pick up. This includes the administrator. I searched the entire campus for his whereabouts. My frustration wasn't handled very well by the administrator Angie Serrano who seems to be more concerned for the well being of her staff as opposed to genuine concerns (not petty) from parents."

"Need new management who can turn the school around. My older daughter went here so we enrolled my son. Night and day between the management. My niece also went to school with my son and was moved to another school for the same reasons. When my older daughter went there, someone was always at the front desk to greet us and answer questions, the rooms were clean and child friendly, the teacher to student ratio was better. And my child learned so much. I would never recommend this place as it is to anyone"

"I love the teachers at my TT location (Santa Clarita, CA), however, I feel that the Director of the school (Angie Serrano) needs to get more involved with the parents/children and maintain good communication regarding what's going on. Very rarely would we get updates from her, and it's usually very last minute. I rarely see her interact with the children, and parents only in her office or during special events. I think the school has a lot of great extra curricular activities, however they often go unannounced, or there are no details to what the activities are. It would be nice to get more information/details through regular updates from the Director. Lack of communication is definitely a big issue for me. It's ridiculous that emails do not get a response. I work in an environment that makes it difficult for me to pick up the phone and call the school, so email is the best bet for me, however 99% of them do not get a response. Often times, I also see the shipment of diapers, wipes, etc in the hallway for days. The front desk area is very cluttered. It just badly reflects on the Director and how she runs the school.My child loves his teachers but it's unfortunate that the Director doesn't seem to be as involved."
