"I think I’m the given circumstances these teachers and the office staff are doing the best they can. Amber is always at the front to greet us temp check and walk the children to class. I wish we could do our own drop offs as we would be able to communicate with the teacher more but I understand why they are not doing that right now. She always try’s to make sure everyone is good and you can see and feel how great her team works together. Ms Nicole has done a wonderful job at keeping us updated on what’s going on during the day and any special activities they are doing during class time. My child enjoys being there as much as a school aged can enjoy it."

"We love the school! It’s just hard with teacher turnover and hard to know who the teacher is. When people leave it is often unannounced and seems unprofessional to have someone leave and not formally introduce new teachers when they come. Also would like more healthy snacks instead of just crackers maybe multiple food groups such as apples and cheese or crackers and celery."

"It's been mostly positive. I love the new director and the transition seemed OK from the previous director. It seemed like things were turning around from the rocky year of staff turnover last year but now we seem to be going through another rocky patch again. Sometimes, there are teachers who I have never seen before in my child's class when I pick them up and NONE of them have ever taken the time to introduce themselves. I don't even know their names so it's frustrating to have that inconsistency. I expect to know who are caring for my children during the day."

"Former Director was AMAZING. Seriously we LOVED Bre, she always went way above and beyond and cared for me foster kiddos individual needs. Since her departure, communication and staff in general has gone down. Ms. Flo in preschool 2 is amazing. Her consistency and order bodes very well for my 3 yr old who THRIVES within structure. All of the other preschool teachers that rotate are mediocre. My 18 month old recently made the transition to the walkers classroom and I've been less than impressed with the consistency and caliber of teacher in that room. It sounds like a new gal started recently so we will see! Overall, I would love to see more emphasis on name spelling and problem solving in preschool, cognitive development and consistent curriculum for babies."

"We know one of the teachers very well and love her. Other teachers rotate in and out that we don’t know well. Itd help to have a bio of each teacher and their background and daily schedule so we know who was with our baby and when. The bios on the door are not updated and don’t even have her main teacher on it."
