"The teachers at Tutor Time are so friendly, approachable, and they are great with kids. My boys love their teachers! They enjoy all the arts and crafts projects, outdoor play, and special visitors (fire men, police, petting zoo, Gerald the Giraffe, etc). The longer we send our boys to this school, their experiences get better over time. We also appreciate the feedback we get from teachers at drop off and pick up. It helps us know what’s going on with our kids while we’re at work."

"Great communication from the teachers and staff regarding my child’s transition and development. My wife and I feel comfortable knowing the staff is working with our son Danal during the transition from home to school. It helps up to know the staff is so friendly and communicative during his days at school. The staff also allowed me to to stay with him in the morning to help him with the transition and it has worked for our son. Definitely recommended and one of the best staff I have come across!"

"Ms. Tracey is great. The school is great. I understand staffing is an issue. My only concerns are there is never someone in the front during drop off, and it is very rare during pickup. I know the door is locked, but people follow in when it's opened, and a set of eyes looking for the unfamiliar would be great. My other concern is price. If the price continues to increase, and it has multiple times in a year, we may be priced out of Tutor Time and have to use family or quit one job. We do appreciate the quality of service we get, and we also believe in paying people a great wage for this type of work. It's a tough spot for both of us to be in."

"My son loves going to school here and learning. The teachers make the learning fun and he always tells us about the activities they do."

"I feel many issues come up as they happen. For example: hand book says child can return to class with a doctors note stating they are okay to return. No where does it say because of Covid your child may only return when they are symptom free. It did not matter if the child was Covid negative or if the doctor wrote a letter stating they were not contagious. I had to contact the regional director for assistance. I also do not like finding out a few months before my child turns 1yrs old that I can’t provide her food and the food at the site is not what my family considers healthy."

"In general my experience has been good. As a new parent I feel worried and concerned to leave my child with someone else. Especially because she can’t tell me if she is okay at school. There is a lot of trust that is involved in leaving her in someone else’s care. I am not easily trusting and this will take time. I do feel more comfortable every day."
