"They have very good and enthusiastic teachers, we were fortunate to meet Ms Jamie when my little one was enrolled in Tutor Time and she made that this new stage for my little one was very smooth. In general, we have been happy with Tutor Time for almost 2 years. My little one is 3 years old now, he had learned a lot of new things being here."

"Curiculum is great at this school. However, the safety is a concern. The staffing ratios are not safe. There are extra fees for diapers, music class, and other activities that increase the weekly tuition rate. The good aspect is that the hours accommodate late work hours."

"The school director and assistant do not demonstrate customer service. There is no hello or how are you. There is no goodbye. The director never has time to return emails, phone calls, or address concerns. She is not friendly or inviting. I have had several billing issues and those were pulling teeth to resolve as well."

"This is a very warm and welcoming center from the director to all the staff. The management is amazing and the teachers are very loving and passionate about their jobs. My child loves to go there and the greetings we get on a daily basis never change. Ms Jennifer always has time to greet me and talk about anything and I know she is a very busy person. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my child."

Ms. Gina is a big reason why he is still there. In the 2.5 years he has been there, she is the first to not just update what he is doing in the app, but also send us a message about how he is behaving and what he is doing that day. She is an example of a quality teacher everyone should strive to be."

"This school used to be pretty good, we were here for a year and didn't have problems until the turnover of directors started causing issues. 3 directors in 1 year and the assistant director wasn't ever promoted so no continuity. While talking to some of the original lead teachers who are still there they feel concerned for the education and safety of the children they care for and feel trapped in staying there vs leaving for a better location. My only regret is we didn't leave sooner. A year ago I could have confidently recommend this location, now you can't leave fast enough."

"It was good in the beginning and then in the last year there have been 3-4 directors. It’s been ridiculous. Jodi was the absolute worst communicator I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her being placed in that position and causing several teachers to leave has made me seriously question and mistrust Tutor Time’s decision making. Even now the new director has been there for a couple of months and has not introduced herself to me. I literally only met her because I saw her name tag and introduced myself. She might be good at what she does but if she doesn’t bother to introduce herself to parents that communication isn’t there. Also, I question the professionalism of some of the new teachers. They don’t introduce themselves when I walk into the classroom. Rather one teacher I hadn’t met griped because she has just put sunscreen on my child and I was there to pick her up. She didn’t say hello and give me her name, just complained she’d wasted her time. It’s a terrible impression"

"It seems that just as my daughter gets comfortable with a teacher, they are replaced with another. The turn around rate is unbelieveable. I feel for the money we pay, there should be better consistency with the staffing."
