"Jenny was previous school director and was very personable and kind as well as take parents concerns seriously. Jodi however, lacks all of those skills. To this day she has not introduced herself to me nor said hi. Have I to her no but that's not my job. The majority of the bad staff is gone which is a plus."

"General experience was not good at the start, but has improved. My child was in a different classroom each day of her first few weeks, I never knew where she would be at drop off/pick up. Some teachers seemed annoyed that she cried and wanted to be held all day in the beginning. Once regular teacher returned I felt the room was very dirty and lead teacher did not engage with my child. Felt upset about certain choices (bringing my child outside during middle of winter with no gloves or snow pants and set her on freezing concrete instead of holding her.) I felt at times like my child was left to cry all day with no comfort unless she happened to have an assistant teacher that day who paid her attention. Lead teacher did the basics but I didn’t feel like she engaged with my child more than what was required. She quit shortly after my child started and the new teachers have been MUCH better. Really like Miss Charlene, she is doing a great job in toddler1. New assistant teachers great too."
"We have been attending this school for more than 5 years. Until recently, we were happy. However, with the massive turnover (teachers and directors) that have taken place... we have noticed a distinct drop in communication and an inconsistency with the care of our children. We have addressed this with the teachers and director on multiple occasions, but still the problem remains. At this point, we are waiting to see if things settle down and get better or if we need to further investigate alternate options for our children."

"Communication is poor from director. I always feel I have to seek out information about issues that don’t affect the entire school. Communication is inconsistent - some things are sent through email, some on the app, etc. The director doesn’t always acknowledge my presence when I pick up or drop off when most of the teachers do. I think it’s a bit rude when there are people at the front desk and they don’t acknowledge me, which happens more often than I would like. Overall though, my child likes her teachers and seems to do well."
"I love the teachers! Jenny Morgan was an amazing school director and I was very comfortable with her. She was visible daily and often near the entrance around pick-up time to greet parents. Kenya still does this and she is wonderful as well. I don't feel the new school director is as warm, welcoming, or as engaged as Jenny and Kenay."
"We have loved having our son enrolled in Tutor Time. We know the teachers are kind, caring, and passionate about caring for him. Miss Kenya is an amazing administrator. She always has a big smile for each child and is a source of comfort whenever a child has a problem. We adore her and think she is a treasure."

"Since May the school’s cleanliness has improved drastically! However, closests are crammed and children’s bathrooms are a catch all in some classrooms (lack of space?). It is also disgusting that the toilet has been removed in the infant room and a aluminum foil cover is on it (is this even to code?). Kenya is an asset to this school. It is clear that she knows what she is doing, can manage the facility, and cares about the well being of each child. Kenya is the main reason why our family is at Tutor Time. We would love to see Kenya be promoted to the director position."
"In general we have a pretty good experience. Our kid shows a lot of progress in many areas in the short time being at this school and we really feel happy with the fact that our kid enjoy going to school during the workdays."
