"My older daughter had a fabulous experience attending Tutor Time age 3+. Her teachers were wonderful - caring and provided a great education. My experience in the infant rooms has been lacking as I don't feel that there is any structure, thus no real enrichment or any curriculum. I do think she's well taken care of - I just want for more engagement."

"We have had very mixed experiences with this school. Our child seems to have had some great teachers (we can't be sure, we haven't been allowed to meet them), and she has also had some subpar ones. In one classroom she was consistently having diaper blowouts and a persistent diaper rash, which all went away when she changed classrooms (leading us to believe she had been sitting in dirty diapers for extended periods of time). I was also concerned to learn that our child had been moved to a new classroom without any notification, and other parents told us they were also unaware of the change. How can we support our child through the transition if we don't know it's happening? The teachers seem to be very caring for the most part, but the level of communication is subpar. The director is also not particularly receptive or warm to interact with. This location is convenient for us at the moment, but I couldn't recommend it to others in good faith without acknowledging its shortcomings."

"I would like to give a big Thank You to Katrina, Ms. Karen, and Ms. Rebecca for their patience, effort and attention they've provided to my child. My kid was experiencing some behavioral issues at one point during the school year and they worked with me to develop a game plan for getting him back on track. They were very responsive to my needs. They were willing to work with me in providing updates on my child and reinforce the message he is receiving at home. I felt comfortable calling Ms. Karen during the day to ask how he was behaving so we can immediately provide feedback to our child. In addition, Ms. Karen redirected his attention to advance his academic skills like getting him to write his numbers and his name freehand. Appreciate all the work that these ladies do! I know it's not easy balancing parents, kids, and the administrative demands, so a BIG THANK YOU."
"Very happy with safety and outside time. Very happy with socialization opportunities for my child. Very happy with covid procedures.Could improve teacher interactions with children during playtime, I’m not sure if the teachers engage in much conversation with the children. Also feeding occurs in a rush- kids are sometimes hungry or still thirsty."
