"The director takes zero responsibility for anything and deflects all concerns. The assistant director is MUCH more empathetic and willing to find a common ground. The teachers empathy and care for the children has significantly decreased since the change in ownership. Teachers are leaving to go to other schools because they are unhappy. Those that are staying are clearly taking their aggressions out on the children."
