"I have called but can't get through.
I have e-mailed 3 times but nobody will answer.
You told me i would get by order by Christmas but
I didn't get it.
I paid extra for 2 day delivery but that did not happen. I received my free gift that I paid S & L on

"There was a link to an ecard gift which did not work. Emails to company went unanswered. Phone number is bogus. Online chat non-functional. Bottom line, no customer service, non shipment of order. I complained to the BBB. TV Marketplace responded that the item would be i stock shortly - it still shows in stock on their web site. BBB said because they answered, the complaint was "resolved", even they they were lying. STAY AWAY. Also, don't count on the BBB for any help. Complain to Brookfield police and the FBI. "Confusion about how many invoices; ordered 3 items, received 3 emails, all containing same information. Turns out order broken into two parts. Only received, so far, 2 out of 3 items. Shipping is confusing, "priority" turns out to be UPS ground. Emails that only need invoice/status/ shipping information all contain complete product details as on website. Still receiving 3 emails for same invoice 112671. Website easy to use but too much duplicate information - did I order deluxe set with 2 flashlights or deluxe set with only 1 flashlignt - don't know a/c haven't received yet."

"I have been shopping on line for 10 years now and this was my first bad experience. I ordered 3/1 free ultrasonic DVD cleaners on Dec 4. It is now Dec 26 and the order is still not processed. Starting around Dec 18 I began sending them emails to just cancel the order so that I could buy alternate gifts, but it still appears on their site as "In Process - Not Charged." I should have suspected the site was a fraud when I ordered 3/1 free memory foam slippers and there was no way to indicate the sizes. I called them on Dec 5, and a helpful person did talk to me, and confirmed the sizes with an email. Then, they did remove the slippers from my order a week later when I realized that with all the shipping costs I could get them cheaper locally. But that was the last I heard from them, like a distant planet on Star Trek that no one can reach - no way to call them, no email reply, no live chat, nothing. It appears to me that the site has gone out of business. I hope so. "

"My story is identical to many below. Their web site claimed the 20 Questions toy was in stock, so I ordered 3. The very next day I was informed that the item was on backorder, but would be shipped within 2 weeks. Two weeks later an e-mail told me I would receive my order before Christmas and would soon receive a tracking code. On Dec 21 another e-mail said my item was being prepared for shipping and would receive an e-mail when it was in transit. I never received an e-mail (but was able to get a little more information from their web site). The item did NOT arrive in time for Christmas.

The item arrived Dec 26. As someone posted below, despite the picture on their web site looking like the real thing, the items are a "knock-off". They were clearly trying to dupe the consumer into thinking these were Radica 20 Question games. The games did not work properly, and could not guess what we were thinking, even for simple items. The displays were corrupted on several units.

I finally got through to customer service and was told to return the units and I'd get a refund. We'll see. I'll never order from them again.

"Do not order from this company! Ordered (2) "20 Question Balls-red and blue". When I placed my order site said merchandise would arrive by Christmas. Received one (of two) package THAT WAS EMPTY! When calling cust svc no. listed, you get a recording saying "mailbox full and no new messages can be left". Have sent (4) emails throughout the order process-no replies."

"I wish i had seen this site too. I got to caught up in finding what i was looking for and didn't research the company. They had a guarantee up to have this by christmas!! HA yeah right. Well, that's not going to happen. I paid two different amounts, one for priority mailing and one for priority in getting my package out faster. The tracking number states it has not been shipped yet, and only two more days of mail. They answer no e-mails, no messages I left, never answer the phone calls, they just never seem to be there. Very very bad company. I have contacted the BBB for false advertisement. Merry christmas to my son i guess."

"Worse company ever. Order placed and never shipped. Cannot reach anyone about order, phone line always full, never return e-mails. Now I don't know if I should order same product some where else, since I don't know if I can cancel order through these crooks. If you order from them beware!!!!!!!!!!"
