"Extremely disappointed. So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee, hastle free refund. It has been impossible to talk to somebody about missing items, damaged box and damaged products. The so-called space bags 5 of the 7 received only 1 seems to work okay. The other six have pin size holes in them and lose air anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour later. I am still trying to contact the company for a refund. Also what a joke on paying for extra shipping and handling, don't bother. Once again, I am extremely disappointed in this particular product and the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
In response to reply from TV Marketplace; I did try to contact the seller several times per E-mail instructions; no such luck. Once again, BUYER BEWARE; NO SUCH THING AS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, HASSLE FREE REFUND!!!! I have contacted my credit card company, and will be contacting the better business bureau. ONCE AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"I ordered three Auto-Cools with an additional one free on 13 July and it was supposed to be shipped in one to two weeks. On 8 August, I received an email stating that it had been on back order, but would be shipped in ten days. It is now 6 Sept and I have received nothing. The customer service web site says it has not been shipped. Every phone number listed for customer service says the voice mailbox is full. All SIX of them! Does that sound to anyone like this company is a sham? My next stop will be the Wisconsin Attorney General and anyone else who will listen. "I bought 3 space saving bag sets at a cost of about $75. These were supposed to be vacuumed, airproof and waterproof. 99.9% of these bags filled up with air shortly after vacuuming, and did not perform the function they were advertised to do. The a few months later they attempted to rebill me for the same order. When I discovered that these bags did not function correctly I talked to a customer service rep who told me to send them back. After I did they say the return time is past and I am out of luck. If I don't block my number before I call it is not possible to get through to speak to anyone. They sell crappy products that are not as advertised, have a dishonest billing system and the worst customer service. Pay a little more and get your product from a legitimate company who cares.
On edit: Looks like tvmarketplace monitors this site and has responded in the past. Lots and lots of excuses. Chris I guess is the boss. Responded to someone who bought the same non airtight bags I bought. Said he could work something out. Too bad they wouldn't do it with me. Hey Chris! Was I supposed to vacuum seal all the bags all at once within 30 days because I should have suspected you were selling garbage disguised as space saver bags? I bought them to use as I needed them. When I found out it was a few months later. So what? Screw me? Hopefully people will wise up and you will go out of business. Enough complaints and maybe you will be forced to close shop. I understand the WI attorney general is receiving some complaints about you also."
