TWAcomm sent the wrong product in a damaged shipping box. Right after Amazon authorized the return TWAcomm sent a nasty email calling us liers. They didn't even acknowledge they received the return & Amazon had to step in to get the money returned to us. TWAcomm did not refund the entire amount so Amazon has to step in again. BUYERS BEWARE they will not stand behind their products & return policy!"

So the total bill is $650 and no working phones. ALSO customer service is terrible never can get a live person just a machine that says sorry there is no one availible please leave a message.
