Originally one of my friends told me about a good website that he bought his phone system from called "aTelephoneSystem.com". i accidentally added an "s" to system (systems) and this site came up. So i thought i was in the right site. Man i was wrong. TWAcomm.com was quick to take my money and slow to give me the goods. Then when i received my order, the phones were no good. Took 2 weeks to get them replaced and the replacement phones weren't good. I Asked for my money back and never got it. DO NOT USE TWACOMM.com."

"TWACOMM.com is a horrible overpriced reseller of ADI, OnQ and many other electronics. They are simply an internet markup middle man looking for 70%+ gross margin and the worst case is they WILL get 20% on your return once you see the distributor packing labels in your products and return them. They do not disclose the 20% restocking fee at the time of your order.
DO NOT BUY from TWACOMM.com instead use Smarthome.com or others who have a 100% up fron thonest professional staff which will refund your money at NO CHARGE for any products that for any reason you are not satisified with.

Wow 2 years after my review of TWACOMM.com's horrible company they finally reply.... Accusing me of being a Smarthome.com employee. Brilliant, people are smarter than that...thanks for the reply after 2 years ... I do not live in California, or work (or ever worked) for Smarthome.com. Thanks for nothing and I trust that many others will continue to avoid your company and it's owner until you learn customer service and provide something of value. 2 years to respond ... Seriously ???! Must be a slow week. BTW Lowe.com now sells these products too and their customer service is world class just like smarthome.com and Home Depot and Disneyworld.....retain customer's by treating people like friends....with courtesy."

"The main thing I am disappointed in is the price this store charges for both their product and shipping. I normally google what I'm looking for and shop around to compare prices but since I needed this DSL phone line splitter ASAP I just went to the first store I found thinking something like this cant vary much in price.

Well, I paid $17 for a splitter that I later found at numerous stores for under $3. Then the shipping. The part weighs a few ounces, shipped regular mail through the postal service and they charge $7.50 for that which is very excessive considering you could stick this thing in an envelope, slap a stamp on it, and thats that.

I know its not much money at all and we're talking pocket change, but its a very high markup compared to every other store I visited after the sale. This is not TWAcomm's fault as I should have compared earlier, I was just surprised at the difference and can only imagine the price markups on higher end items.

They did do a great job in keeping me updated on my order though. I received an email shortly after placing the order, another when processing was complete, and another when it shipped providing a tracking number. Their website is also laid out well which makes it easy to find what your looking for, and they offer a very wide selection of telecommunication products.

"Placed order for expensive satellite multiswitch. This was an upgrade from a smaller version of the same type of switch I already own.

Item arrives and didn't work. Unit was dusty and had fingerprints on it when I opened the box. I have a feeling someone else had already returned it once because it doesn't work.

Contacted TWACOMM and was told there's a 20% restocking fee for refunds. I explained the unit doesn't work and I had to purchase one locally today because the installer is coming to connect two additional receivers.

TWACOMM finally presented a 10% restocking fee. I have no choice but to send the unit back and eat a $40+ dollar restock fee.

The whole process including getting an RMA was very frustrating. This was my first and last purchase from TWACOMM."

"Complete scammer. They mark thousands of items as "In Stock" all the time to lure you in to purchasing. I even paid for two-day shipping so that I could have the item by the weekend. Then I find out that they dont have it (4 days later) and that they have no idea when they'll have it.
