"It was my first time buying at t-qualizer online store,and I am very satisfied.I live in Canada,and I choosed the free shipping.Even if I was in Canada(Quebec),shipping was really fast;received it about 7-8 working day after ordering.Didnt have to go to a Canada Post store,the package was delivered straight in my mail box by USPS.The shirt light very bright,is very comfortable(I didnt even feel the wires when wearing it).U can clearly see the light even if its during the day.Installing battery is easy.Thinking of ordering another one.2 only things I would say is that the microphone could be more sensitive,and the shirt is a little bit complicated to wash(hand wash only).But its very great overall.Customer service is perfect.You ask,they answer."

"Yes, their shirts are wonderful, but I hope nobody ever has to return anything! I order 4 shirts for Christmas gifts and they arrived promptly. However, I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone since. I emailed this company on 12/29/2011 inquiring how to go about returning 2 of the shirts for a larger size. I emailed them again around 1/6/2012, stating that since I hadn't heard from them, I was sending the shirts back for exchange. Still never heard from them. My delivery confirmation shows that the package was delivered on 1/9/2012. I have yet to receive replacement shirts or a credit on my credit card. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and/or the NY State Attorney General's Office. Buyer beware if you need to return something!!!"
