"The company is small but that is a good thing because they treat their customers more carefully than a mega-conglomerate would. Recently i had a problem with a package not arriving on time. I emailed the company and got a reply in less than an hour! The tone in the email was not condescending or snooty in any way at all and was extremely refreshing to encounter in our rapid paced world. It eventually turned out not to be their fault, the post office left my package on a shelf for a week due to the hectic holiday rush.
