"I could not be happier with the product or the cost. My product came sealed in the manufacturer's packaging and was in perfect condition. I looked all over for the best price and TW was by far the best deal. They list on their site that products ship within 5-7 business days. I placed my order during the Holiday season (between Christmas and Thanksgiving) so it felt like it took FOREFVER to ship due to office closures and such. I emailed them to touch base on the order and got a response within 24 hours. Once I received the tracking number, it only took two business days to get the package. The only other "downfall" is they do not offer any customer support via telephone, but from my experience they answer emails in a timely manner, though sometimes it is nice to be able to talk to someone. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend TW to anyone, as long as they don’t mind waiting a few weeks to receive their order."

"This place has really good deals on scopes especially Leupolds. Most Leupolds go for about $50 less here than on Amazon & OpticsPlanet. But the handling or delivery from the warehouse or whatever takes a week and then a few more for the actual shipment. My scope arrived in about 12 days, which I pretty much expected but was hopeful for a bit sooner. The scope was in great condition and I love it though.
