"I wont shop with Tactical Wholesalers again. I placed my order on 08/30/2014 for a LEU113879 Leupold UltimateSlam 3-9x40mm Matte SABR 113879 scope and after 10 days of waiting I contacted them on 09/11/12014 via their website and created case number 3480 and asked them to inquire on my order. They said weather has delayed my order and they were going to receive it that same day. Three days ago I received a notice from USPS stating they tried to deliver a package and assume this is my order. I signed the form so the package could be delivered while I'm at work, but it still has not been delivered. I will not order from Tactical Wholesalers again. If I don't receive my order by today I will contact my bank and complete the form to have the $259.57 charge refunded to my credit card. In response to Todd's attempt to blame the customer as he has done on other customer reviews. Todd incorrectly stated his shipping policy by saying signature is required for "expensive" orders. Well...his shipping policy states they may require signature for orders over $300. My order was less than $300 so they should have never sent it signature required without notifying me. Also, if you read other reviews, Todd seems to have a trend of unhappy customers with similar problems. Also, Todd has threatend me with fraud because I stated I would contact my bank today and have the charges reversed if I did not receive my order by today. He is willing to take your money but not willing to follow through after the sale to ensure the customer actually recieves the product he has shipped. Buyer beware....."

"i just happened to stumble upon tacticalwholesalers and was surprised at there prices on leupold scopes and thought this has to be to good to be true. but i thought what the heck i was looking to buy one and they had the best price anywhere on the net i could find. it did take 7 days to ship but i was not in a huge hurry and had other parts on the way from other places. i did have one question so i e-mailed them and a gentleman named Todd answered my question within an hour or less and it was not during normal working hours so that surprised me. i did not expect to hear from them for at least a day or so. i am very happy with the scope but i am taking one issue up with leupold. at high magnification you can see a couple specs of something on the glass. but that has nothing to do with who i bought it from."

I compare prices using google shopping and T.W. is always the cheapest. Regardless of being cheap they do not sacrifuce quality or customer service. "Product arrived in a timely manner. Upon opening the shipping carton I discovered that the inner carton was not factory sealed but had been opened and resealed with clear tape. Looked like it was all there. So I went ahead and installed it. Within the first five minutes the product stopped working and now it looks like I'll be having to return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. I'm not a happy camper. Oh, and no invoice copy was included in the package. This is something that I'll need to get warranty service from the manufacturer."
