"Tried to place a first time order. Created an account and then entered all pertinent order information. On my first call I was told by an agent the 25% NEW CUSTOMER discount would reflect after I entered all my information and before I placed the order. It is NOT showing on the order. I called back twice. The second agent placed me on hold for a very long hold and never got back to me. The third agent just disconnected while I was speaking. Not sure if your agents are home based, but the second and third customer service call I placed sounded like it was home based pursuant to the background sounds. I tried calling again and could not reach an agent being asked to leave a voice mail which I did with no one returning the call. I am going to place the order so I have an order number and can send an email to Taldepot. I expect the 25% NEW CUSTOMER discount to be applied when I receive the billing on my credit card. If this discount is not reflected on my billing, then I will dispute the charge."
