"Even though the site warned of random colors being selected for the three items, I wrote Tanga prior to shipment asking for three different colors, because I was ordering the mugs for different people in my household. My request went unheeded.
I since have had other issues trying to order something from Tanger, which used to be a company with great customer service. It seems like practically overnight, the customer service side of Tanga has begun ignoring customers requests. I doubt that I will be ordering from Tanga again, because it seems with every order I encounter some issue."

"I bought a Neckfan, as a gift, I charged it. I would not see the recipient for o month.
The recipient tried to change the fan a second time. The actual recepticle was not lined up with the port, therefore could not be charged. I sent Tanga an e-mail detailing the problem, with a pic included. I was told it was beyond the 30 day limit. This Neckfan was double the cost of some, at $15.00 . Very disappointing. "

I was anticipating the care of a 7-month old little girl for an extended time. In preparation I ordered a Graco Car Seat Base. Unfortunately, I was informed that my care of the infant would not be my responsibility. When Tanga was contacted for return instructions and return label, to my surprise, I received a full refund and told to keep the item. I was surprised and thrilled with Tanga's Customer Service. I will donate the car seat base to a Community Thrift store along with a cash donation. Praise for Tanga's products and Customer Service will be on my lips.

But FedEx delivery, as seems to happen often. It would have been easy for the delivery person to place the package INSIDE the gate in front of my house, thus giving it some protection (but of course not total protection) from people coming my and walking off with the package.
Instead, the delivery person placed the package between twoy bars in the gate, so any one walking by could pull it out and walk off with it."
