"I have been enjoying my experiences with Tanga, a new company to me. They have the kind of quirky stuff I like to buy. SO I bought a wireless wall mounted scale to help me with my new diet plan. This thing is so cool you can hang it on the wall, pull off the weighing section/pad and was just the thing I was looking for. But, for some reason, it wasn't working.
While I was at the store a while back I decided to get some AA batteries but the ended up being triple A's, a 10 pack. Instead of bringing them back I threw them in a drawer. OK, back to the review, haha.
I pulled out the batteries in the scale. Did you ever have something that needed 7 batteries? I took out the batteries that came with it and inserted the new ones and voila, it was working.
SO I thought hey maybe I should contact Tanga and tell them. I spoke (online) with a guy named Nick and long story short, I know right, he gave me a refund of $5 and was very professional about it which was great because it seems customer service had disappeared in this country. So thank you Nick and thank you Tanga. Keep up the good work and keep advertising those quirky products that seem to fit my needs.
