"I have purchased several items from Tanga.com. Their business model could be really good since they work with 3rd party sellers to drop ship items which keeps costs low. Unfortunately this means major shipping issues where one item was never shipped (per USPS and the local post master who investigated) even though Tanga said it did and it's my fault. Another item was supposed to be shipped to Florida but was shipped to some random address in Texas instead. When you try to reach customer service you have the option of text, email, or Facebook message, none of which give a quick response. You are out of luck if you want to speak to a live person. When they do respond they push the blame for their shipping issues back onto you, the customer. I wish Tanga had their act together because I could see myself making many purchases, but at this rate I don't see them lasting long. Their Facebook page reviews show that others have had the exact same experience that I have. The first several reviews were 5 star with one being from the owner who shamelessly confirms it's him and I suspect the other 5 star reviews are employees and friends."
