I have since heard from Targa. They promised a refund in 24 to 48 hours. Even if I get it, Their customer service is HORRIBLE and I will never do business with them again.

The customer service there is better than as good as it gets. It is astounding. Rarely is there a problem buying there but if there is a small glitch they go to incredible lengths to correct it and
have done things that I find incredible. I even complained to them that they were spoiling me completely and not to send a refund. I said I was find with the item but had made a small complaint. I felt guilty and still they insisted on giving me credit. Now what company insists on giving you your money back and telling you to keep the item? "I had a problem with the quality of a coffee mug. The design on the outside is peeling off, (https://goo.gl/photos/U5s9sSxVwu8cKJZ3A) and clearly this item was purchased because on the face changing design on the outside more than the fact that it holds hot liquids. I requested a replacement but this was outside the 30 day window for returns or warranties. I expect a coffee mug to last at least until it's dropped and breaks, and certainly longer than two months and only several uses. If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. But I am glad I found out how well they stand behind their products on a $10 coffee mug before I spent $100 on something more desirable to discover the poor quality of the items and how well Tanga stands behind them - they don't!
