"These people are a joke. They sent me a supposedly "refurbished" smartphone with a defective camera, and then I realized they don't even have a customer support phone number! No phone, no live chat, absolutely not way to reach them in real-time communication. These people love to blather on and on about how they're a small company and they appreciate their customers, but they don't even test their merchandise and they can't be bothered to talk to you during business hours. I will be returning the phone and never shopping here again. I recommend that you do not shop here either.
