"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Found a great deal for ESPN the magazinefor one year. Thought the deal was to go to be true, turns out it was and they were only looking to steal my money.
Registered an account, Ordered the magazine and was quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery, quite a long time but I was willing to wait.
It's now almost march, and I have just received a magazine, but instead of ESPN I am now receiving TRANS World Surf. I have never surfed in my life and this is the only magazine order I have placed in over 3 years.
I calmly wrote the customer service, with my order number date of purchase and included a copy of my order conformation email.
Instead of being helpful, he told me to contact the TRANS world surf magazine company to resolve the issue on my own and that they dont sell the magazine so its not my fault.
Well, first of all they DID sell the magazine, about a month earlier than when I bought the deal there was a deal for trans world surf. Also they don't currently sell espn the magazine either, and it was a limited time only deal just like trans world surf.
Secondly, when I bought the magazine I was garunteed if I had any problems receiving the proper magazine they would resolve the problem for me. But instead they tell me to do it my self. I didn't place the order to the magazine company, THEY did, they are the middle party.
Don't buy from them it's a SCAM.

"I have ordered from tanga several times, always being very pleased. Most recently I ordered a fitness activity band with a heart rate moniter. Waited for processing and shipping as usual, and when the item arrived I could instantly spot it as a fake. This band had no heart rate sensor, and used a completely different app than what was stated on the website. Contacted customer service the same day the item arrived (7/15). Received a scripted response from Alyssa (csr) on 7/18, along with a link to a shipping label. Later received a text message from Aaron ( another csr) explained situation to him. Been waiting all day for a response from anyone at the company who will address the issue of false advertising of this product.
Tanga has made one very dissatisfied customer and so far customer support has beef medeocre at best.
One simple response of we are looking into your claims on this product and will either: a) change the item listing accordingly. Or b) we will exchange our mistake for the proper product. Would have solved all of this.
Update July 22nd:
Email received stating they are issuing me a full refund, however the product description has not been updated with the proper information.

Tanga pulled item listing for the link I had posted. I still feel their reaction time was slow when it comes to protecting the consumers, but at least they did make an effort. "
"I had ordered several items from this company and pretty much got what I expected for the amount I paid.
Then I ordered two sets of bed sheets. One came as ordered, but the second was not the color or the type I ordered. I promptly notified them of their mistake.
The first thing they made me do was take a picture of the item they sent, with them saying they wanted to show the warehouse the mistake they made. This is pure BS, but I did as requested. They then sent me an email with instructions that my return had been authorized and they would email a shipping label. I received their email and inside they told me I had to ship it within a few day time frame, and it had to be received by them within 10 days. They would then issue me a refund within 72 hours.
I waited almost three weeks and emailed them I didn't receive the refund. It then took them 2 more days to respond and say they will issue the refund and I should see it in 24 hours to a week. Really? for a $20 item. They say thanks for supporting a small company. Well, I did, but never again. "

"Order placed 02/23/2018. Item not shipped until 03/02/2018. Who knows when it will arrive! Tanga used to be a great place to shop. I have always had pleasant experiences with them but to take 7 days to ship an item then probably another 5 to 7 days to arrive is not bargain. Tanga, I am disappointed! This is most probably going to be my last purchase! So sad..."
