Within in 3 days they received it back. And they put in for my refund and received last night. Must companies would take forever to credit or refund your monies."

"I bought 2 Samsung Qi chargers from Tanga and received them in the middle of March. After testing them out, one of the chargers was not working. I contacted Tanga requesting a replacement. I was told that a request for a replacement was sent to their warehouse. 10 days later and no replacement, I sent another email asking for an update. Was told that the warehouse had already shipped the item out. 3 weeks later and still no replacement. Sent another email and they replied they were looking into it. 2 weeks later and no replacement. Sent them an email stating I wanted a refund. Sent me a return label and i shipped off the defective device on May 13. Came back from vacation on June 6 and still no refund. Sent an email requesting the status of my refund and received the refund the next day. No responses from customer service when they said they would look into it. Only responded only when i sent emails. Lousy customer service."
