"I placed my order in March; I still didn't receive my items in May. I contacted the customer support at Tara.com several times to check the status of my order, because the tracking order page also showed that "Your order is on its way. You can track its movement at... It should arrive for you between Apr 6 - Apr 16". Here is the response I received from the customer support:
"This item is still available and will be shipping out soon. I am so sorry that I do not have an ETA for this order at this time but as soon as it ships you will receive tracking."
Here is another response from my recent e-mail on 4/26/2016 and I still don't know where is the items I ordered:
"What I have done is had all of this information sent to management for review. Once they get back to me with information and a solution for you, I will reach back out to you with any and all info I get."
