"I oredered a black 32gb Ipad 4. Recieved a white 16gb Ipad 2. Contacted customer service and got a form letter stating they wanted me to send a pic of the damaged and/or incorrect item so they can show their shipping dept. What? Then nothing for 6 days. I wrote every day, even called. All i heard was crickets. Filed a complaint with the BBB, had my bank take the money back and then 6 emails from them. Oh, we are sorry, but our supplier is out. I went on their websight and took a screen shot of one ey were selling on there that day. Their response was- thats a different vendor. Return the other one and buy this one, and heres a $15.00 coupon to use towards it. Serious? I dont give a flip which vendor they get it from! Send me what i ordered! I will NEVER buy from them again"
