"Ordered A Motorola Bluetooth headset for my phone. The fact it was refurbished was not in the main title of the ad like major retails do. This is to ensure there is no confusion about what you are getting. Tanga put this important detail in the description of the item, which I missed. I didn't want a refub item. They are happy to return it, but now I have to pay to ship it back...with tracking. It will cost me half of what I paid for the bluetooth just to return it. While I cannot say they did not disclose the condition, I can say it should have been disclosed in the top description of the item. Shame on me for not catching this before making the purchase. Shame on them..."

"I have tried to cancel my order a couple of hours after placing it. Order status indicated "not yet shipped'. Customer support response "Even if shows not yet shipped, we can not cancel the order." Their advice was to receive the shipment and to waste time and money shipping it back. I am not sure how they stay in business. I have disputed the credit card charge.

Stay away from this merchant.

"I ordered: 1 x Dell OptiPlex 745 Desktop Intel Pentium D 2.8GHz 4GB Memory Computer as a gift for a friend.
It was supposed to come with software; it came with only a recycle bin and nothing else. I contacted "Customer Service" 3 times, all I could get was auto responses. There is no customer service.
The only response I could get was a return label.
So if anything can go wrong with your order or if you have any questions or concerns, I would suggest using another company. This company deals in volume, not in people or service."
