"The worst online company I have ever placed an order with. They double shipped my order even though I notified them before it was even processed. They billed my credit card for two orders weeks before the order ever shipped. The whole experience seemed shady to me. If I can get them to credit the charge back to my account I will consider it a miracle. They sure go out of there way to make you think they are such a "try hard" company"

"I purchased a jacket for my granddaughter on 9/8/15 and received it on 9/11/15. It was supposed to be shipped between mid to late September, so I was amazed to receive it in only a few days and before it was scheduled to be shipped. I've been shopping at Tanga.com for about 6 months and am very satisfied with the items I've received and their prices. Shipping can sometimes take a couple of weeks, but you know that up front as ship dates are posted."

"The products I purchased from Tanga were not only not advertised correctly but extremely disappointing when received. It has been one headache to the next. I ordered a sheet set, a comforter set and curtains (all for different rooms in our house). The sheets came first and were the only product that was received in a timely manner and as described. Then came the "blackout curtains". The described blackout curtains were linen and completely see through! It took 2 weeks from the date of purchase for the comforter set to even ship OUT from the distribution center. Once received I took the comforter out to find a nice lovely brown stain on the comforter. After contacting customer service, I have been working with Luke. He sent me 2 pre-paid shipping labels to send the items back. The one pre-paid shipping label was for the curtains for first class package service through the USPS. I sent these back on Wednesday and received confirmation they arrived on Friday. I am now waiting for my refund. I just realized when checking on the comforter set, that my return label was for ground shipping through USPS. As you can imagine, being on the east coast, and this having to arrive in NV, you can only imagine when it is going to arrive, and I can't even track it online to show them it has been returned since they sent me a label for ground shipping. What a nightmare. I thought Tanga would be comparable to Overstock but it is not. I will never, EVER, order anything from this website. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache you will get from dealing with Tanga."

Since it looks like the duplicate order was an accident, I just sent a return label for you to return one of the orders. As soon as that item is returned to us, we will gladly refund you for the second order that was placed :)
