They get items from many locations, as explained on their website. That is a main reason, I believe, that some orders may take a little longer than others.

I have ordered many things from Tanga over the past 3 years and they have delivered them in time and the product is as described and a signficant discount.

Most recently bought Otterbox preserver cases for my own Apple Iphone 5S and my son's 5.
I had a question about whether the case would fit both phones and they were very helpful and considerate. Cases did fit both phones but they also indicated if there was any problem they would gladly accept the return.

"I am surprised to see so many positive reviews. My first experience with Tanga was very poor. I waited 3 weeks for my order to ship. I emailed when it went past the expected shipping time frame because my order status suddenly changed to "cancelled". I had not cancelled the order. Their response, which was quick, was that they were unable to fulfill the order and I would receive a credit. I find it disturbing that i had to ask what was going on in order to get the credit and I never was told the order was cancelled. Why should I have to figure this out? My first time using Tanga and likely my last. I don't trust this company."
