"I bought two sets of King Microfiber sheets. Although they are as soft as promised, the sheets are different colors. I ordered Navy Blue and the fitted sheet is indeed Navy Blue. The top sheet, however, is a darkish purple. They are not even close to being the same color. Both sets are the same. It's shame that their product was not what I expected because their prices are affordable and their shipping was awesome. I won't shop online with a company if their is even a chance I won't get what I ordered because I absolutely hate the hassle of doing an online return."

"I ordered speedo swimsuits from Tanga. 19 days later (one day before the last "estimated delivery date" I hadn't heard anything and my item was still "processing." I sent them an email asking what's up. To their credit they did promptly reply back that there had been an inventory mistake at the warehouse and automatically issued me a refund.
Why did I have to email them for this to be realized?!?!? Would they have never realized this and never refunded me?!?! I think many of the reviews might be bogus. I don't understand why people would give them a high rating if in their review they admit they have had to receive refunds on poor quality merchandise and other issues including shipping, sometime multiple times! I will never shop here again. Websites lose my trust if they can't deliver an ordered item, and especially when it takes this long for the mistake to be realized!"

"The only problem with Tanga is that there's no way to contact them in real-time. No available phone number, and a promise of "reply to messages in 24-48 hours". Typically, it's closer to 48 than 24.
The phones themselves were not shipped from Tanga, but from "FreedomPop". The phones arrived rooted and locked to the FreedomPop network, which was not advertised. The phones would NOT respond to standard Samsung maintenance/backup apps. And after being rooted, they installed a custom version of Android that locked the phone to their network, and removed standard functionality from the Samsung Galaxy S3 to prevent re-loading with a standard, un-hacked Android image.
I suspect Tanga did not know this, several other vendors have been suckered in by FreedomPop.
I will shop at Tanga in the future, but NOT for phones. I have submitted a request for an RMA on this order, but have yet to get a response.
ADDITIONALLY, could not rate the Return Policy on this site. it would not accept an N/A choice

I was able to find a refurbished Dell Laptop (Dell Latitude E6400 Laptop, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.53Ghz, 4GB RAM, 160GB Hard Drive, DVD, Windows 7) that met my needs. It was easy to complete the ordering process. The $142.99 price was more than reasonable. It has a 1-year warranty. It arrived in less time than expected. I will use them again."

"I ordered a purple glitter case cover for iPhone6 .. I loved that Tanga shipped this item super fast. I honestly was not expecting to receive it on the 2nd day after I ordered it. I love shopping tanga because they always have reasonable prices on items. However the only thing I did not like was the item I ordered as soon as I placed the case on my phone.. the bottom of the case started cracking, the glitter paint chipped off a bit you can't really see it but i just hope that it doesn't chip off entirely."

"I'm a long time fan of Tanga and I'm also what they call a STU. (super Tanga user) that allows you special perks. They have many products to choose from at great prices. A lot of "as seen on TV " products. They even have expensive name brand handbags, if ya into that sorta thing. Gold and silver jewelry, and they ship out pretty quickly too. Anytime I've had a question, they were quick to respond. I once ordered a couch cover in the wrong color (the brown was sold out) but they still managed to send me one in brown! That's great customer service and that's why I'm a fan."
