"Tanga is an amazing site! I love the customer service, low, LOW pricing of their items, and great quality items they offer. I have never had a bad experience when shopping with Tanga.

"Ordered Tanga Trash stated $132.95 retail value for $19.75 - I ordered one ladies and one mans - What I received was a few junk items (small sea clamp, small sample size perfume, give-a-way style screwdriver kit, waterproof cell phone bag and a small first aid kit) I priced items online and came up less than $19.75 Retail - One Tracking # so the small pouch that arrived would have been for both the male and female Tanga Trash - felt so ripped off that I wrote an e-mail - no response....wrote a second e-mail - no response, however received a second Tanga Trash in the mail with similar junk items. Now - I expected this to be fun junk valued at $132.95 as advertised - never thought it would be a few items in a pouch that wouldn't even retail for the price I paid. NEVER AGAIN - Tanga ...you lost my business - to date, no response from the company. Don't show a garbage bag and say the retail value is $132.95 when its closer to the $19.75 you are charging!!!!"

"I ordered an item in Feb and the site provided a date range during which I would receive the order. After the dates had past I checked the order and it was still "processing". I sent a request to Tanga support asking about it. Four days later I still hadn't heard back so I sent another request. The response I received said sorry and that my account had been credited. There was no explanation offered. The real measure of customer service is how a business responds to the non-normal cases. I'm not impressed with the performance of Tanga in this respect."

"Will never buy from Tanga again... I have been a ordering off Tanga.com for over a year now and have never had a problem. I have reached the highest level of rewards account, which means I have placed a ton of orders. Well, I recently placed an order for a rather expensive item, an iMac. As soon as I placed my order I noticed the expected delivery date was nearly a month later. This was an issue because I was in the process of buying a house and would be moved out in a few weeks. I emailed Tanga customer service immediately explaining my situation and asked them to cancel my order. This was the first time the expected delivery date was longer than a week or so and I desperately needed it to be canceled. The customer service rep that responded to my email would not help me in any way even though the order didn't even show processing yet (as a side note, it didn't show in processing for 2 weeks). So needless to say, I'm out $600 and the computer because Tanga is a "small business" with just as "small" customer resolution plans. I loved Tanga but I will advise everyone I come into contact with to stay away. This issue could have easily been avoided but no one cared to help resolve the problem."

"On February 19th, I placed my first order with Tanga. The order was for multiple products. When the package did arrive, I only received half of the order. At first, I thought perhaps a second package was arriving with the remaining items. I contacted their customer service and was reassured they would send out the missing products. However, the next day or so, I did receive an email that the item was out of stock.
Since the products were primarily purchased to be used together, I wanted to return the received items for a complete refund on the purchase. The CS rep that they would be sending me a return merchandise authorization and a prepaid envelope. I never received the prepaid envelope and had to once again contact customer service. They said it was sent and may be in my spam folder. It was neither in my spam folder or in my incoming email folder. I contacted them again and was sent a return envelope to return the merchandise. They received the items on March 5th and to date have not processed the refund. My subsequent emails inquiring about the refund have gone unanswered. I am now in the process of disputing the charges with PayPal and my credit card. I can not recommend this company and see by some of the other customer reviews that this kind of situation is quite common.

I am so sorry to hear about all of that! I just read through all of your information. We hate it when a return label doesn't get to someone, and we're glad that made it to you. The return label was sent out on the day that you first received a response.

I do see that your tracking for the return label has stopped on March 5th. We like to make sure that your item was returned to the warehouse before issuing a refund for the item. As the return information has stopped moving, that is where the delay has occurred.

Regardless, we hate that you've had to wait, and a refund has been issued to you. You will see another confirmation email from me shortly.

We're so very sorry that you were disappointed with your first order, and we are doing everything in our power to make sure that something like this does not occur again!

"1st time buyer. Just spent $39.99 + $4.99 shipping on a set of Beats by Dre urBeatsNoise Isolating Headphones from tanga.com. Was warned by wife that the price might be too good to be true, but really wanted a pair to back up the one recently purchased from RadioShack. The item came in Bulk Packaging as described, so no surprise there. However, it didn't look like Brand New as claimed, and didn't sound as good as the one from RadioShack (not enough bass). After some additional research and also comparing it with the real one, I am now pretty convinced that the one I bought from Tanga is not authentic. I have since emailed customer support, but no response so far."

Just for some quick clarification, the headphones are not fake. We got a great deal as the Beats were part of a canceled order from HTC phones. That's how we do it! We love to find the best deals for our customers and find great opportunities like this to sell you authentic products at the best prices.

These Beats are now currently discontinued. Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models. So, they may not be the same that you purchased from somewhere else recently.

Again, we hate it when something like this happens, and do hope that we can sort everything out for you.

"The first couple of orders I placed with Tanga were shipped in good order at good prices. Unfortunately, on the last order of 3 tee shirts, one item was cancelled as they were out of stock, one item shipped the incorrect size, and only one item was shipped correctly, but it took a long time to get here.
Contacted Tanga for return and credit on the misshipped item and they responded quickly with a return label. on November 5, 2014 I sent it back November 6 & they received it on the 13th. As of today (March 13, 2015) I have not received the refund to my credit card.

Have been in contact with them & because of the time lapse, they say they need my credit card numbers again, however, they have no secure way of getting them. The choices are: 1) e-mail the card info for all the internet to see, 2) call a phone where I can leave a voice mail with the card number for every employee or the janitor to hear, or 3) have someone at Tanga call me directly for the information. I chose the last option, however, the customer service person has called a couple of times when I haven't been able to answer the phone and have had to prod him by e-mail to call back; each time, the call either not going through or I was on another call. There is no number I can call to speak to anyone, only outgoing numbers or receiving voicemails.

They pride themselves on being a small company, and those are the ones I like to support and from whom we should receive the best service, however, Tanga falls very short in that area. The last message offered me a Tanga Credit, which I don't want, but which may have been their goal the whole time. Very disappointed in Tanga's performance on this small amount.

Just wanted to let everyone know that since this review was posted, Tanga has not made any further attempts to contact me. I guess this is their petty way to deal with negative reviews due to their lousy customer service,
