The batteries on BOTH went totally dead 31 days after purchase. Apple would not honor any warranty as they did not sell them. So Who exactly are these certified by. These were Christmas presents for my grandchildren. So now I have to eat the cost of these products and buy ones that can be warranteed"

I'm sorry to hear your items are defective, we would love to help! We offer a 30 day warranty on our products unless otherwise mentioned on the product page under the details tab. These are not covered by Apple, however should be able to add Apple Care onto the products if you'd like.
I see our customer service team issued you a prepaid return label for the iPhone order you wrote in about, however there is no movement on the tracking. Although, these items are sold out at this time, we'd love to get you a full refund.

"Was very happy with Tanga up until today. I had ordered a set of earrings/pendant to match a ring recently purchased on Tanga. Instead of trying to find out where my package was, they just refunded me my money and said sorry, we can't ship out the earrings/pendant. Really? The product is still available for sale on their site. So why not offer to send me another or to repurchase? Seems like it is their custom to just refund your money and not really provide customer service. Also, I have had orders cancelled for no apparent reason. So, buyer beware and know that while Tanga is a cool page, their customer service can be iffy!
UPDATE: Thank you, TangaLaura, for the reply. My address is correct in your records and every shipment prior has arrived with no problems. Perhaps your warehouse incorrectly typed the label? I will gladly use the coupon to reorder the earrings/pendant set to match the ring. Thanks again!"

Unfortunately our warehouse is unable to process a reshipment order at this time, so we did have to issue a full refund for the order.

"Buyers beware! I ordered an iPhone case from Tanga on Jan 13th. It's now Jan 27th and the order is still sitting in "processing". To top that off the item I ordered is being sold cheaper on Ebay so I ask myself "Why did I even bother with this company?" I reached out multiple times to Tanga and all they do is send you canned responses stating that it takes 5 to 10 business days to ship orders out. Funny thing is that it's now 11 business days after I ordered and the status is the same. I had to go through Paypal's claim system to get my money back because Tanga just kept brushing me off. Tanga.com is a waste of your time and money (IMO).
Edit: Based on Tanga support responding to me here and being pretty generous I'll bump up the customer service rating. I doubt that I'll shop with them again but you have to give them props for trying to win back their customers. "
