Provide the customer with a pleasant shopping experience, great pricing, loyalty discounts, and tie everything up with stellar customer service. I have purchased several items from Tanga and each time the experience was better. They remind you that, due to their size, they are a customer focused company and they go out of their way to prove it. When I had a question about a product, it was answered promptly and often followed up to see if I was satisfied. Their website is easy to navigate, even for an old Luddite like me. Their sale notices are not overwhelming and they usually contain several bargains. Their pricing is very competitive, often times lower than several of their larger competitors. If I had to sum up the shopping experience at Tanga, I would say that it reminded me of shopping in an old general store (yes, I am that old), where you are greeted warmly, served well. and leave thinking you'd spent some time with a friend. They always say "Thank you" and the humor in their order acknowledgments and tracking notices always make me smile. "

"I've ordered from them 3 or 4 times now and it's been a good experience. I had a problem with 2 orders and they both responded and resolved it quickly. The products have all been great. The shipping is pretty quick as well."

"Ordered a pair of isotoner deerskin glove about a month ago, but received Costco brand kirkland glove. Contacted their customer service about the issue, was promised via email that they will research the issue. Two week later, and two follow up email I have received absolutely no response.

They have no phone number, are not listed in the Chandler phone book and sent me some crappy 20% discount, like I'll ever shop there again. "I just LOVE Tanga for the prices and that this is a sort of "mom and pop" organization with just a small number of employees who have humanized their customer service to a degree that other companies could learn from.

I always LOVE their stuff, but the clothing does tend to run small in my experience. It seems to be random whether or not they pay return shipping in this case, which is puzzling. So, my only complaint would be that they put something like "runs small - order 2 sizes up" on the description of their clothing items which they are aware have issues....

Customer service is terrific, tho! "
