"Ordering things is hit or miss. I ordered an iphone charger and it came to me several days late because whoever made the label mixed up my home address and work address. Not only that but they packaged it in flimsy packaging and it came broken. Luckily the people at Tanga were nice enough to refund my order and let me keep the charger but.... like I said, it was broken.
Currently, I place an order on 10/28. It is now 11/10 and I STILL haven't received my package. Tracking info has it way across town because I feel they mixed up my addresses again.
I used to order here all the time but now I cut back because they seem to make crucial mistakes."

Every rep has been great, but recently I had a delivery issue and some defective products and I worked directly with a Laura. She truly went above and beyond what was expected. Extremely professional, SUPER responsive and very friendly and understanding. 95% (or more) of what I've purchased has been perfect and exactly what was advertised, but in the few instances where there was a problem, they rectified it right away. "Horrible company. It says, "Thank you for supporting a small company". They WON'T ship to Hawai'i, Alaska or the Armed Forces. The United States Post Office ships here. The bloody priority boxes are FREE! I use Daily Sale. They have the same deals AND they ship.
