"I placed an order for a blue tooth speaker on 8/20 and my credit card was charged on 8/22. The order has yet to be fulfilled. I wrote them 2 days ago requesting that they cancel my order. They have yet to respond. I just wrote them again today when I realized that my credit card has been charged.
This appears to be a rip off outfit. "

"They have great deals and customer service! I have ordered twice from Tanga. My first order was without incident, and all items arrived earlier than the expected delivery date. Concerning the second order, all but one item arrived early. I ended up never receiving the item, so I contacted the company by email and had a fantastic experience with customer service. The rep I dealt with always responded promptly and was very persistent in looking into why I had not received the package. After discovering that it was an error concerning the shipping company/post office, they gave me a refund without any hassle. I was very impressed by my experience with them and would recommend them to my friends and family."

"Tanga has always been very easy to work with. Their staff is extremely friendly and apologetic for things that are outside of their control.
I have only had a single issue with a purchase and it was on the supplier side, not Tanga's. Tanga refunded my purchase and to allow me to resend the money once the product was shipped.
