"New time buyer on Tanga and far I love it. Shipping is a little slow getting my Shtuff using USPS but I understand it's to keep the cost down to the consumer but heck..... I can wait. I'm cheap, that's why I'm always on the prowl for good deals and Tanga is now on my early morning email reads making sure I don't miss out on any good scores. Knowing that Tanga is running lean and mean (20 employees strong if you count Mr. Tanga Monkey) I was a little leery of the support that I would get in case of an issue. That was recently put to test when I had an account issue (self inflected using the wrong email account for the username). When calling customer support I wasn't able to reach anyone and was prompted to call back later and or go on the site and reach out to customer service that way. I will say, this is when I started having bad thoughts (e.g. no response or 4 day response time answering my question with a question therefore delaying my resolution). HOWEVER..... and hour or two I received a response getting me what I needed and problem solved.
So.... in short to my long danga response about Tanga is, as Jim Carey would say in Dumb and Dumber " ILikeItALot". Keep those deals coming!

"I have been a member of Tanga since day 1. Love their site, love their merchandise and really love their prices. The number 1 sale site on the net. Have never had one item wrong, never. can't say that of any other site. my last sale was 8/7 of tank tops and sunglasses."

"It has been over 2 months, and I haven't received my order. Last month Customer service said that it was sent to fulfillment, and will take 10 business days. Well, I've never received my order and they stopped responding to my emails. I wonder if they will give me the refund that I requested. I will not shop at Tanga.com any more. The deals will lure you in, but in truth it could be risky and costly if/when you don't get your order."

"I am a frequent, recognized customer of Tanga. Like all online businesses, Tanga is at the mercy of their suppliers, and should a customer experience a shipping problem, or other, when they reply it is because of circumstances out of their control, they are telling the truth. If something is amiss that can be fixed, they fix it! Their response is almost immediate, and they will do all possible to please their customers. One of several of my most recent purchases is a Yoki handbag in "mint" but it is really a gorgeous turquoise, which is even better, and I dig the bag big time! In fact, should it reappear in future, I will buy more of the same in different colors. Rest assured, their items are top-notch! "

"We could not be more pleased with the deals offered through Tanga and the service we receive. It's good quality for the value. I've place multiple orders there in the last couple of years. I've only had one issue with the quality of an item (batteries) and Tanga promptly refunded the money and didn't ask for a return."

"The first time to deal with Tanga is pretty satisfy with their Customer Service and Shipping Speed. I bought a Tommy Bahama Sunglass with Tanga for about $40. The only issue is about the Delivery, However, Comparing to other merchants. Tanga.com' CSR are excellent. they care about your issues/concerns. I would Recommend this seller to others. "

"Horrible service, products and staff. Makes you understand why people purchase more outside the US, because of companies like this that are totally incapable of shipping an item or giving a refund. Always an excuse and a lot of run around. Give Tanga credit for refund which is worthless since you can never get the product you select. Its sad they are representing small business in the States ."

"I have to say that Tanga's customer service goes above and beyond. I purchased a glass cover for my iphone 5, I received it and checked that contents were there but never actually checked glass itself. 7 months later I finally got around to take it to ATT to put on ( was afraid to do myself). I pulled out of box and then out of sleeve and it was cracked. I kept in original box and bubble packaging. I contacted Tanga. They were quick to respond, unfortunately it was past their 30 day policy but Laura was wonderful and sent me an e certificate for the same price I spent. I thought that was so nice, it was my fault for not inspecting thoroughly and waiting so long. I was very pleased with outcome."

"I placed a order with Tanga; received my tracking notice; it mentioned my items where to be delivered July 24th; it was a week after that; I contacted Tanga by email; cause there is not a number to call; someone emailed me saying they would HELP me out by contacting the warehouse and get back with me. I never heard from them; I sent another email to them on Aug. 4th mentioning that no one has gotten back with me on my order; so I'm request a refund ... still no feedback. Please be careful ordering from this company; it may be a scam."
