"Ordered a mac keyboard. It was defective and it took repeated contacts with Tanga to get a return authorization and shipping label. Then the demanded that it be shipped back within 5 days (after it took almost that long to get the label) I was going on vacation and had to make arrangements with a friend to get it shipped back in time. It arrived at the Tanga warehouse on 10/10 yet when I checked my account on the 16th there was no credit. I had to contact them again to get the credit issued and they made it seem like they just received the package that day. I don't think I would have gotten the credit until I contacted them. They say they have a small staff - well maybe if you want to play in the big game you need to rethink the strategy of having such a small staff that things don't get done in a timely manner. I will not purchase from them again."
