-finally received correct product 40 days after ordering
GOOD

-verbal apology for sending wrong product
-verbal apology for delay in sending correct product
-got to keep wrong product
-hand written apology + $5 Starbucks gift card!
-called AGAIN to make sure correct product was received!
-got to talk to a friendly human to resolve issues
-they offer FedEx Ground shipping to Hawaii
(comes by air, space available, cheaper than 2nd Day)
Best service I've received in a long time.

"The most disappointing part of their website is that if an order is placed too late on Friday for them to process it- there is nothing on their site that flags your invoice or order to tell you that. No phone call to tell me the order didn't go out on time and their office is closed on weekends. I paid for rush delivery and got my order late. I had to purchase tapes from another vendor so I could make my video shoot on time."

"I recently ordered some miniDV media that I needed asap. Before placing this order I called in to verify that the order would ship that same day. I chose to purchase from TapeOnline because you had a real phone number with a real person answering it. Many other online sources seem to have nothing but an email address for what they call "customer service".
I spoke with Lauren V, who was very helpful and courteous. She answered all of my questions quickly and had access to all of the information I needed. She's a great example of what customer service should be like, especially in the online marketplace.
I received the product today, and everything is just as expected. I won't even bother to shop around next time to see if anybody else is selling media for a few cents less.

"Ordered some MOD media for the MRI in the morning, they shipped it out that afternoon and received it the day after I ordered. Price was better than most of the rest I saw, and they actually had enough in stock that I wouldn't have to order a couple at a time and hope they don't go on backorder."

I wish they used UPS instead since through Nashville the package would have been recieved two days earlier. But would do business with again."
