First, my order shipped two days late, and they claimed it was because of an address verification (they called to verify and it took about 60 seconds tops-it should not have delayed my ship date) THEN When I finally receive my order on Oct 29, THREE DAYS AFTER the date it was supposed to arrive (admittedly a FEDEX error) the items are not what I ordered. I requested Taiyo Yuden Silver WATERPROOF. What is in the box might be Taiyo Yuden, but they are a SHINY silver, and they can't be printed on-I tried.

Tapeonline REFUSED to refund my shipping fees even though FedEx agreed to a refund for the errors.
