"Target has decided to let hate win and step back from their celebration of Pride. By doing so they say to the hate, violence wins. I'm seriously debating if I will continue to shop here. Never let any extremist view or threat win. Put them back where they belong. In the dark silenced and shamed!"

Shipping date and delivery date is totally a lie

"The expected delivery date was 2 days before the order even shipped. It’s a Mother’s Day gift and now I don’t even know if it will be here on time for the event it was meant for. Completely ridiculous and defeats the purpose. "

Terrible experience

"I go to pick up my order as it should have been ready yesterday. Barcode scanned, the employee says my order wasn't ready and that he was pulling it off the shelf. He goes to grab them and they are out of stock. I have no items and I've wasted my time. "

Make the Impersonal Personal

"Loving the shopper experience Target is curating. Especially the ability to partner with the same shopper (given their availability). It's like having a trusted community that you can rely on to take one or more tasks off of your M.I.T list. I ask my friends to either go on Target runs with me or for me so this feels like one of the girls is lending a helping hand. "

Items missing from two orders, no response from Target

"The past two times that I've ordered via the app for drive up pickup at the store, when I got home, I discovered that items were missing from my order. The most recent time, on May 01, I called Target customer service for online orders to report this and was told that it would be investigated, and someone would contact me within a couple of days to follow up. It's been a week now and I've still heard nothing more from Target. It's a shame because I was really beginning to rely on drive up pickup at Target but, since the service is no longer reliable, I'll have to shop elsewhere."

Easy Pick Up

"Needed an item in a hurry. Researched online and found the exact item at the best price at Target. Ordered and paid online and then picked it up at front of store when I was nearby. Friendly staff and easy transactions. Will do it again."

Inexcusable Gift Card Purchase Fiasco

"I used the app to select and purchase a Target Gift Card
The App says it is usually processed with in 4 hours
After 4 hours I called customer service and they said it can take up to 24 hours
I called customer service 24 hours later and they said it was still in que and nothing they could do so I would have to contact the Target gift card help group and they were closed till tommorow
I called the following day and the order was still pending and the person said it was still processing and should be through in a couple hours.. I called back again got more run around and finally got transferred to someone who said the only thing I could do was cancel the order and replace it and then it would take up to 4 hours again to process,.
In this day and age of computers there is no excuse 1) for the run around 2) that the order can not be processed immediately upon entering payment method, 3 there is no reason only a certain customer service org can process a card and you ahve to call back to reach them
This demonstrates, Poor Customer service training, poor systems and system inetgration, lack automation (I guess Target is just running a Mechanical Turk function in the background on this (ie they make you think its automated but its no better than submitting an email to someone who has to manually process it.
