"I ordered the small alarm clock by Wedtclox for my adult son & it was ready for pickup within 2hrs. Unfortunately it did not go off the next day, & upon trying it out, found it to be defective & non functioning. I ordered th exact same one again from Target & returned the faulty one as I picked up the new one. The process was fast & painless (in & out in under 15min). The new alarm works just fine! Customer service was exceptional."

"If you have any issues with your order, customer service will not help you. I spoke to 2 different people who said my problem couldn't be solved because I didn't want them to deliver to a business on a Saturday when no one was there to receive the package but I managed to figure out how to do it on my own. They even said the delivery driver would just leave the package and "find a safe spot to leave it." I asked about changing the address and they told me it wasn't possible. Then when I wanted to cancel the order, they said I couldn't. I managed to figure out how to change the address on my own; I guess it was possible after all. Neither customer service person cared about my issue or even wanted to help, they're just there to give pre-recorded responses and collect a paycheck. The absolute worst customer service!"
"Placed an order on 11/9/24. Never received delivery. Tracked order, said it was in transit. Chatted with Target, they cancelled order and did a replacement order. That never showed up and UPS said they did not have the items to ship. Who has time for this? I’ve now spent my time tracking orders that should have been delivered. Never again.."
