"I went to order a specific item for a theme day at work. I chose online and pick up at a store who claimed to have the item. I realize there’s always risk when you complete orders this way and sure enough I received an email that the item was not available after I had paid and drove the 24 miles. I chose to show in store for an alternative and in less than 2 minutes of being in the store walked right up to the exact item. I would want more from Target as I feel they’ve truly lost their touch with integrity and customer experience. "
