"Purchased Stanley cups online to be picked up in the morning and they were sold out from under me!! If I place an online order and you take the money from my account, I expect it to be packaged and waiting for me when I go to pick up!! Not get an email stating the item I ordered and already paid for is now out of stock! Wow just wow target!! "

"I recently visited the Target in Corpus Christi, TX, for the Stanley exclusive collaboration. Despite arriving early, I was let down as online orders overshadowed in-store customers, contrary to the announced in-store exclusivity. Additionally, the products weren't available on the app, only discoverable on the website post-visit. The store received a surprisingly limited stock, which added to the frustration. As a loyal customer, this experience was disheartening and left me questioning the store's commitment to fair customer treatment and clear communication."

My pick up order got canceled before the store opened

"I order a limited cup online and waited until 3am for the release. And the store cancelled my order at 7:30am before the store even opens at 8am. Either the staff bought even single one of them and left it out of stock or the online system left no stock for pickup at all. I need a response from someone who is in charge of this "

Tried to buy an AT&T prepaid refill card, but apparently that's not allowed.

"I tried to buy an AT&T prepaid refill card, was able to select the card (though I didn't get the discount the google ad promised) and purchase it. Then I got to sit and wait for electronic delivery, during which time I'm out the money but also without the product I paid for. Half an hour later I got an email saying my purchase was "canceled" with no explanation of why. There are sketchy looking transactions on my credit card from this, though I am pretty sure the charge was reversed. "

TEAM MEMBERSARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT

"I made my purchase online and it stated That by placing the order online I would get $80 eighty off.

After the transaction was processed. I looked at my charge card. And I had been charged the full price. so then I contacted the chat and told them what was going on and they connected me with an associate. And she looked and she says yes, I see that and you got $20 back. That's right, correct. And I said no. And I sent a screenshot of how it said if you order online. You get $80 off. Well, she said she couldn't do it any longer, so I was S. O. L.

I then proceeded to call the phone number on my screen. And I spoke to very nice gal... And she looks things up and she said. Yes, I do see that and within the matter of 2 minutes. She issued the refund of $80 to my account.

Ease of ordering online with pickup

"We needed a phone asap. I went to target online found the phone cheaper than ordering from Consumer Cellular and it was in stock. Frustrated that no one answered the phone when I tried calling the store. But the ordering process went smoothly. I didn’t see an option for curbside pickup but would have found that the cherry on top as hubby is on oxygen. The site kept trying to take me to a Washington store despite knowing my location was just three miles away. I will do more store pickup despite I like browsing all the clearance sections when I go in."
